Fire resistance characteristics meet the requirements of GB12666.6-90 (IEC331)

1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV

2. High long-term working temperature: flame retardant polyvinyl chloride J-edge and sheath 70 ℃ and 105 ℃

Fluoroplastic J-edge and sheath at 200 ℃ and 260 ℃

Cross linked polyethylene J edge at 90 ℃

Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin at 70 ℃

Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin at 90 ℃ and 120 ℃

3. Low ambient temperature: flame retardant polyvinyl chloride sheath: fixed installation -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃

Fluoroplastic J-edge and sheath: fixed installation -60 ℃; Non fixed laying -20 ℃

4. Fire resistance characteristics:

Complies with IEC331 regulations for flame temperature of 750 ℃, combustion time of 3h, cooling time of 12h, additional rated voltage, and additional 3A current

Compliant with GB12666.6-A flame temperature 950-1000 ℃, combustion time 90min, additional rated voltage 3A current

Compliant with GB12666.6-B flame temperature of 750-800 ℃, combustion time of 90 minutes, and additional rated voltage of 3A current

5. The temperature for cable installation and laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃

6. Recommended allowable bending radius for laying: Non armored cables shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

Armored cable not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable

Fluoroplastic J-edge and sheath material cable not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable
