This product is suitable for connecting detection devices and instruments with high requirements for signal transmission and anti-interference performance in electronic computer networks and automation control systems with AC rated voltage of 300/500V or DC 1000V and below.  

Product Description: Note: We can produce (ZR) flame retardant, (IA) intrinsic safety, and high temperature resistant computer cables according to user requirements.

ZR-DJYPVP computer cable representation method: (1-37) × 2 × (0.5-2.5mm?); (1~24)×3×(0.5~2.5㎜?) 

Product Structure:

1) Number of nominal pairs (groups): 1-37 pairs (groups);  

2) Conductor: annealed soft round copper wire with nominal cross-sections of 0.50, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.5mm?;  

3) J edge material: high-density polyethylene;  

4) Shielding: Copper tape shielding;  

5) Sheath: Black polyvinyl chloride;  

6) Identification and length marking: The cable surface has sexual identification marks with an interval of no more than 1m. The marking content includes the nominal cross-section of the conductor, the number of wire pairs, the cable model, the manufacturer's M code, and the manufacturing year. The length mark is marked on the outer surface with an interval of no more than 1m.  

Working conditions: Installation indoors, cable trenches, pipelines, and other places that require electrostatic shielding.  

Electrical performance:

1) After stable charging at 20 ℃ with a DC voltage of 500V for 1 minute, the J-edge resistance should not be less than 2500M Ω· Km;

2) There should be no open circuit between the paired shields and between the paired shields and the overall shield;  

3) The core to core and shielding of the cable should withstand a 50HZ AC 2000V voltage test for 5 minutes without breakdown.  

Usage characteristics:

1) The long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductors should not exceed 70 ℃, and the cable should be protected from high-temperature DC radiation or contact during use;  

2) The temperature for cable laying shall not be lower than: 0 ℃;  

3) The ambient temperature during cable use shall not be lower than -40 ℃ for fixed laying and -15 ℃ for non fixed laying;  

4) Allowable bending radius for cable laying and installation: Non armored cables should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; Armored or shielded structure cables should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; The flexible cable with shielding layer structure should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
