1、 Instructions for using control cable products

The PVC J-edge control cable is produced according to the GB/T9330.2-2008 standard. The cable is suitable for control, signal, protection, and measurement systems with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below. It is mainly used in industries such as engineering construction, steel, petroleum, chemical, and power plants.

The rated power frequency voltage U0/U of the cable is 450/750V, and the high allowable working temperature of the cable conductor is 70 ℃. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0 ℃. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the cable should be preheated.

The recommended allowable bending radius for cables: for unarmored cables, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Armored or copper tape shielded cables should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Shielded flexible cables should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
