Dingqing soft cable and nitrile cable have the characteristics of cold resistance, softness, wear resistance, and oil resistance, and are suitable for connecting cables for mobile electrical appliances with cold resistance and oil resistance requirements for AC rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below. Usage characteristics of Dingqing flexible cable:

1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV

2. High operating temperature: 105 ℃

3. Low ambient temperature: Fixed installation -40 ℃

4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than -25 ℃.

5. Allowable bending radius for cables: For cables smaller than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Ding Qing flexible cable indicators:

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (Class R) (in accordance with GB3956 regulations) shall refer to Table 2 in Appendix A.

2. The insulation resistance at 20 ℃ shall not be less than 50M Ω/KM.

3. The finished cable does not break down after undergoing an AC 50HZ3.5KV/5min voltage test.
